The three main types of subatomic particles are protons, neutrons, electrons.

Protons have a positive charge, along with neutrons, which are located in the nucleus.

Electrons have a negative charge, also located in the nucleus.

Wave length- the distance between repeating units of a propagating wave of a given frequency.

Wave frequency- measure of the number of occurrences of a repeating event per unit time.

Wave height- the vertical distance between the crest and the preceding trough of a wave.
